Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when you visit the Website or engage our services (research, laboratory services, training, consulting).

Our compliance stance

Until India’s DPDP framework is fully brought into force, we comply with applicable Indian law including the IT Act and the SPDI Rules, 2011. We are aligning this Policy to the DPDP Act, and will update operational elements when the implementing rules are notified.

Legal basis: Under SPDI Rules, we obtain consent for sensitive data; under the DPDP Act, we rely on consent or “legitimate uses” permitted by law.

Refund Policy

In case of any refunds approved by Agrivet Research and Advisory Private Limited, it will take 30 days for the refund to be processed and credited to you.
