Looking for Wet Chemistry Executive - Laboratory Job Responsibility

  • Responsibility of all the Quality Control and related activities on a day-to-day basis in terms of Laboratory operations, management, execution and coordination with the technical team of the company.
  • Active participation to run the in-house Laboratory activities to monitor the quality control on a regular basis.
  • Streamlining the Laboratory activities towards implementation of stringent quality control measures.
  • Standardization of Laboratory procedures and techniques by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Input results and interpretations into the given system accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Establishment/Modifications of the Laboratory facility at Client’s place (if required) including implementation of Test Protocol based on the specific requirement of the client.
  • Supervision on quality parameters of Raw Materials and Finished Products at client’s/own factory (if required).
  • Taking active part in Egg Processing Unit supervision related activities at the research farm.
  • Handling research data in entering the same within given format.
  • Physical Inspection of Raw Materials at the stock point / point of loading at the time of wagon / truck loading and sealing along with the surveyor and working in close cooperation with the Official Surveyor (if required).
  • Representing the company in the on-site field work, in India and overseas as per the requirement of the client.
  • Perform quality control on all media, chemicals, reagents and equipment as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with departmental heads regarding status of cultures, results and guidance for proper sample submission.
  • Keep laboratory area clean and organized. Restock supplies and reagents as needed and report inventory needs to the respective departments.
  • Ensure that operational procedures, company policies, the company's Code of Ethical Conduct, and governmental regulations are communicated and adhered to by all associates.
  • Coordinating with the Accounts Department for appropriate accounting of the entire business.
  • Follow the instructions/advice of the Directors from HO in executing day to day responsibilities .
  • To understand the company’s systems and policies and communicate the same effectively to the clients, as and when required .
  • Be courteous and helpful to the clients always and ensure all needs are handled swiftly and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
