Being the founder Director, Dr.Shivaji drives the organizational strategies with major focus in areas of nutrition support through formulation and corporate management. His expertise extends to poultry, aqua, ruminant and swine nutrition, quality control and assurance of cereal grains, Six-Sigma implementation in plant process control and broiler integration etc. Dr.Shivaji has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Poultry Nutrition and worked in areas of poultry breeding, R&D and Technical Services with multinational giants like Kemin and Alltech. He is presently involved as a senior consultant in poultry, soya and aqua projects in one of the largest poultry integration company on India and provides technical supports in various capacities to the poultry industry spanning in many countries of South Asian regions including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan.
Dr.Sudipto started his career as a veterinary professional in the year 1997. He then worked as an Assistant Professor of Animal Nutrition and was associated with research projects mainly on gut health of poultry and developing feeding strategies for broiler chickens free from antibiotic growth promoters. The other focus area of his work during this period was application of enzymes in poultry. He published more than 50 scientific papers and was invited as a key speaker in different scientific forum at international levels. Dr.Sudipto worked as the technical manager of AB Vista-UK and led the Research and Development division of Amrit Feeds, Kolkata. Dr.Sudipto is heading the research and development vertical of Agrivet with his enormous experience in dealing with new challenges and inquisitiveness to work with out-of-the-box hypothesis. At the same time, Dr.Sudipto provides nutritional supports to clients in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan.
Dr. Anirvid Sarkar is a seasoned entrepreneur and veterinarian with 21+ years of experience in the livestock industry. As Founder Director of Agrivet Research & Advisory, he drives the company's growth through strategic planning, geo-expansion, and successful project execution. He holds an M.V.Sc. in Animal Genetics & Breeding and a PGPGM from IIM Kozhikode, combining technical expertise with business acumen Dr. Sarkar has expertise in supply chain, QA/QC, branding, and sustainability. He led Agrivet's expansion across India and Southeast Asia, establishing a state-of-the-art research center and developing the "Dr. Agrivet" mobile app for livestock healthcare. His focus on innovation, technology, and client relations positions Agrivet as a leader in the industry. With a focus on strategic leadership, operational efficiency, partnerships, and client relations, Dr. Sarkar has consistently delivered measurable outcomes and positioned Agrivet as a leader in livestock research and advisory services. His core competencies include strategic planning, techno-commercial operations, market analysis, project management, and financial oversight, making him a pivotal figure in advancing sustainable practices and innovation within the animal agriculture sector.
Dr.Amrita started his journey in the field of poultry breeding in 2004 with Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd., a renowned pure line poultry breeding company in India. He looks after the techno-commercial aspect of breeding, commercial broilers and hatchery operations. He has gained experience through working in production house of broiler breeding farm and layer breeding farm of Venkateshwara Hatcheries in North India. Dr.Amrita was the technical service provider to the breeders for VHPL in the eastern India and Bangladesh. He has expertise in epidemiology, prophylaxis, disease diagnosis and treatment, setting up broiler breeding and commercial farm projects in different agro-climatic conditions of North India, Eastern and North-Eastern part of India, Nepal, Bangladesh and other South Asian countries. His expertise in managing GP operations has also been recognized by the industry. As Director of Agrivet Research & Advisory Pvt Ltd, Dr. Dhara is committed to fostering innovation and sustainability in the field, making him a trusted advisor and leader in the sector.
Dr.Uday has been working in product development and application for the last 27 years in South Asia, Middle East and African Animal Feed industries. In addition, he has been providing Consulting services for AGP free production and QC at Fish, Shrimp, Poultry & Cattle processing plants. He is active member of WPSA, PSA(USA) and INFPD, FAO, Rome, since last several years.
